The charming and generous finca, with its 550mq built,  dates back to 1769 and develops over a plot of over 20.000mq of organic land where a rich diversity of fruit, olive, palm trees  and a 25 years old bamboo forest are framed by an established garden and a lilies pond.

The estate is composed of the main building and a self-contained guest annex with a private sunny terrace and separate entrance. It is newly renovated with an open plan kitchen/lounge and spacious bathroom. In total we have 10 rooms of which 7 are bedrooms and 5 are bathrooms.

The large and outstanding saltwater swimming pool with a spacious sun terrace is set away from the house with spectacular mountain views.

A beautifully adapted sunny yoga studio, ideal for small groups (upto 8 people) and on the outside grounds is also a 70m2 wooden deck allowing yoga/group activities. In addition a therapy room, overlooking the lily pond, for relaxing massage and reflexology treatments.

The finca has its own water well and has recently reduced in price.
