This incredible plot of land is one of the last available on the island, for size and position. From the old building and from many points over the land, stunning views over the island of Mallorca the “plá” and the sea: in very clear days Cabrera and Minorca are visible too!
Surrounded by the most wild nature but an extremely well kept ground. Many private paths are tracked and bring access to the whole property.
There are five natural springs and water deposits. The very old building, full of character, is in need of complete restoration, it still holds all the original features. On the back of the property the vestige of an ancient “Moli’ de Sang” where the mule was pulling around the grounding stone ( still present ) to make flour: once the ground was producing wheat.
Through a walk in the pine forrest you can encounter an old bread oven, a coal oven and a most rare cal oven.
Many pine, almonds and local oak trees are scattered on the plot.
